These are really the only subjects that I plan to focus on this year.  I do, however plan to cover other subjects on an interest driven basis.  My desire is to create a love for learning in my children so that they want to learn more about the world around them because they find it interesting and exciting.  Here are some of the resources I plan to use in attempt to stir that interest and excitement this year.

The Usborne Internet-Linked First Encyclopedia of Our World
The Usborne Internet-Linked First Encyclopedia of Animals
The Old Schoolhouse "Travel the World" Module
The Old Schoolhouse "Expedition Australia" E-book
among many library books we may find.
